It has rained all day. I was suppose to go with Jane Dorrier to the Lewis and Clark Exploratory Center for a session with Alexandra on Journaling. We purchased it at the event they had in the spring. It was cancelled because of the rain. I have been at the computer a lot catching up on letters and life. I put pictures on Ofoto and also ordered photos.
Walker and Hallie left for their honeymoon on Wednesday night and arrived in Florence on Thursday, his thirty sixth birthday. We saw pictures of their apartments when they came over for dinner on Sunday. One apartment is in the wall of a city. I need to learn to pronounce the names of where they are. Walker said he would write. I am sure they are just settling in right now.

Yesterday I went and picked up veggies for Hallie at Horse and Buggy Produce in Belmont. I ate some of the lettuce for lunch with the strawberries and goat cheese. One of my goals is to loose ten pounds so I am trying very hard to pay attention to what I eat and to eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible. We have rhubarb and cabbage in the frig too. Last night we went to a gorgeous big house for a party put on by Legal Aid. It was at the home of the drummer for Dave Mathews Band. They were on the Today show this morning so I saw him in the background. He was hidden by the drums. I was surprised at how big the band was. The house was like a hotel, all rock and wood.
I did not go to yoga. I have Rudy with me. I took him for a short walk earlier and want to take for for longer one later. We have a big weekend. I read at church then we go to the picnic at the Bascoms, Saturday night we go to a 60th birthday party for Caren Powell. I am going to go to the Boar's Head and lift weights right now.
