We are home from the reunion.

 We came home late Sunday afternoon. It is Tuesday morning. Walker’ks kids were here all day yesterday. We watched Sleeping Beauty. I saw it sixty years ago. Rick played cards with the kids. We tried to play a travel game but it was confusing. Bess and I watch Pappa Pig together. The characters all speak British English. They talk about everything they do.

Today I am going to put everything that I think I need in my suitcase and get ready for our cruise to England, France, Ireland. We then cruise the ocean for three days to Newfoundland and next down the coast of eastern US to Boston where we leave the ship and drive to Rockywald Deephaven and attend Tucker’s departure from ten Years on the Camp Board. 

I am very excited. I got a response from Eliza. I will visit her to orrow. And take Sushi. I have try suitcase on the. Ottom of the bed. It is almost full. I have a load of light clothes in the dryer Rick is cleaning up outside.I found my phone in my purse. 

I am doing the laundry,I did two loads and packing.  Am going downtown to a meeting about changing names.

Today is reunion Day

 We are talking about calling Joe.I do not want to wake him.up.we had trouble calling Joe but we got through and will meet him at ten O’clock. We will met Anne MarieNd. Amber Jerry at 12:30. The event last night was very successful. I recognized  Etsy Kreisler right away. Later.On in the evening we talked to Michele and Cecelia and Joe O’Leary and several other friends from high school.  we talked to them and. Are back to the hotel and ate supper. Reta Wamback came and took her sister to her home in town. 

   The hotel is expansive with a large pool.we have the news on which is distracting.Harrisburg has grown. I did not recognize any of the stores on Route 22. 

Celebrating Rick’s turning 79

 Last night we had dinner at the new Darden hotel restaurant. We both had a 4oz steak. We shared asparagus and mashed potatoes. It was delicious. We had a young African American girl as our waitress. I wrote on the reservation it was a birthday and we would like a cup cake for desert. She served us a delicious black berry parfait. After dinner we walked around the gardens. They were spectacular. You encounter a magnificent waterfall with large boulders. Later there are even more boulders. Where did they come from?

I am hungry right now and want to go down to the kitchen and eat. 

Today I will go to Monticello with Bradley and her children. We will have lunch at Michie Tavern and then go to the gardens. Maybe we will go on the archeology tour.
