Walker is in Philadelphia at a conference about the Constitution. The kids are going to stay here Monday, today and Thursday. I am sitting on the sofa waiting for them. Right now the weather is perfect. It might get hotter since there is a head wave in the south which is suppose to move across the country. I lost my sell phone last evening but found it today at n the Constitution book I was reading last nigh. I am in the living room on the sofa which DQ sat in while he was doing home schooling because of Covid. I had a foot problem last night and could not sleep. I got in the Jacuzzi. The faucet does not work. I need to callJohnny. I watched a demonstration of someone painting a house in acrylic. Each time I watch one. I feel like I am going to art school. I hear Rick moving around up stairs in his bedroom office.
Yesterday when we got home I learned how to make cat ears on a baby hat.
The kids loved making paper airplanes. I found a book with all the directions, probably at a library sale. The cut and folded and flew the airplanes and were very in volved which made me happy.
Joseph loves putting my computer on but also became interested in my IPad and how much storage space I have which is not much so he spent a lot of time trying to increase my storage space.
Rick came down stairs and played gambling games with them and they became super attentive to what he was telling them. Later he did work outside and had them help.
We watched a movie. I told them I would like to watch a sports movie. Tucker found one about basketball starring LaBron James. It was a fantasy comedy. I found it hard to follow but I am glad I did since it made me connect to my grandkids and the modern world. Bess and I sat in the jacuzzi. Hallie came from work about 4pm. We ate chicken for desert.
