I never wrote about the biggest event in our life our life, meaning Rick and me. We will soon be grandparents. Walker and Hallie are expecting a baby in March. They are super happy. They have known for awhile and told us when they came over for dinner one night about a month. Hallie is wearing maternity clothes and looks pregnant.
Last night I went to dinner with Rick and Walker and Halllie at L'Etoile restaurant on Main Street. Rick and Walker were entertaining the Charles Fund who are here for meeting. The Charles Fund is a family foundation. The family visited some of the sites that they give money to. I sat next to Sherman, a husband of one of the members of the Charles Fund who is taking a trip across the country to take pictures and write a book about Route 66. He told us a bit about what he is doing the book, also about other books he has been involved in. Mostly at dinner we a were just very friendly and chatted about everything. John a husband of one of the family sat next to me and told me all about Rochester and his job as an engineer.
We just got a call from Tucker confirming that he and Liz will move to California. This is also big news. He is working for the same company Cambridge Associates but he will be in a smaller office.
